10% (1,000,000 shares) of the new shares shall be reserved
for the employees.

80% (8,000,000 shares) of the new shares shall be reserved for
existing shareholders. The subscription ratio is 35.083361
per thousand shares.
8.Method for public sale and no.of shares:
10%(1,000,000 shares) of the new shares shall be reserved
for subscription by the public.
9.Handling method for fractional shares and shares unsubscripted for by the
deadline:
Fractional shareholdings less than 1 share after subscription shall be
self-consolidated by shareholders within 5 days from the book closure date.
The following items will be purchased in issue price by persons arranged
by the Chairman as authorized by the Board:
