Davis has joined the firm to lead business development activities for transportation program management and toll road opportunities nationwide. Prior to joining LPA, Davis had been executive director for the Tallahassee/Leon County Blueprint 2000 Intergovernmental Agency since 2002. In this role, he was responsible for organizational leadership, staff management and consultant coordination to execute the $700 million, 15-year Blueprint 2000 infrastructure improvement program.

Davis' experience includes operational and financial leadership roles for Florida toll collections systems and organizations, and as principal on numerous transportation and infrastructure planning and construction programs. He has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting and Finance (University of West Florida) and a Master of Science in Contracting and Acquisition Management (Florida Institute of Technology). Additionally, Davis served in the U.S. Army for 26 years and retired as a colonel. He will operate out of Tallahassee, Florida.
