Reference to the MFC PT 21/2022 dated March 1, 2022 notified the 2022 Annual
General Meeting of Unitholders of MFC Industrial Real Estate Investment Trust
(MIT) through Electronic Meeting Platform which will be held on Wednesday April
27, 2022, 15.00 hrs. MFC Asset Management PCL, as the Management Company of MFC
Industrial Real Estate Investment Trust, would like to inform that the
invitation letter of the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Unitholders of MFC
Industrial Real Estate Investment Trust (MIT) through Electronic Meeting
Platform and supporting documents have been posted on the Asset Management
