METEORIC RESOURCES APPOINTS SHASTRI RAMNATH AS TECHNICAL DIRECTOR

Highlights:

Meteoric Resources NL, ASX: MEI ("Meteoric" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Shastri Ramnath as Technical Director.

Ms Ramnath has significant knowledge of the Midrim and La Force projects recently acquired by Meteoric through its acquisition of Cobalt Canada. Whilst employed by FNX Mining Ltd as a geologist for special projects, Ms Ramnath was directly involved with exploration of Midrim and La Force, undertaking various technical activities on the MEI assets including drill program supervision. This level of direct experience will prove invaluable in the progression of exploration across the Belleterre-Angliers Greenstone Belt.

Throughout her 20 years in the exploration and mining industry, Ms Ramnath has gained extensive international experience, working on projects in Canada, the United States (Nevada), South America (Chile, Ecuador & Peru) and Africa (Guinea, Burkina Faso, Zambia, Namibia & South Africa).

She has extensive experience in Canadian mining and exploration including roles at Falconbridge Limited in Winnipeg, Manitoba, FNX Mining (now KGHM International) in Sudbury, Ontario, and as the President and Managing Director of Bridgeport Ventures, a TSX-listed junior exploration company.

Ms Ramnath is the founder and CEO of Exiro Minerals Corp, a multi-commodity project generation firm. Exiro is focused on processing large, historical, paper datasets for the purposes of project identification. She is also a Director of Far Resources, a junior exploration company focused on lithium in Canada.

She holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Geological Sciences from the University of Manitoba, a M.Sc. in Exploration Geology from Rhodes University South Africa, and an MBA (Executive) from Athabasca University in Edmonton, Alberta.

RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR: GEORGE SAKALIDIS

Meteoric advises that Mr George Sakalidis will resign as Director of the Company, effective from the Company's 2017 Annual General Meeting date. Mr. Sakalidis will continue to assist the Company in the geophysical interpretation of the recently acquired geological and geophysical data sets over the Canadian Projects, and consult on the existing Warrego and Tennant Creek Joint Ventures and the Webb Diamond JV, with the aim to further extract shareholder value from the Joint Venture partnerships.
