ANNOUNCEMENT
Mermeren Kombinat AD, Prilep (''Mermeren") has been informed that Mr. Christoforos Pavlidis has acquired 100% of the equity interests of Dolit Investments, which owns Pavlidis Monoprosopi A.E Marmara-Granites (formerly known as Pavlidis S.A Marble-Granite), holding 100% of the shares of Stone Works Holding Cooperatief UA ("Stoneworks"), the holder of 89,25% of Mermeren's issued share capital.
The completion of the transaction is conditional only upon obtaining necessary approvals from the Commission for Protection of Competition in North Macedonia.
