PERSHING SQUARE HOLDCO, L.P. announced that it has received $1.05 billion in funding from Arch Capital Group Ltd., Menora Mivtachim Holdings Ltd, Banco BTG Pactual S.A., Consulta Ltd., ICONIQ Capital, LLC and other investors.

On June 3, 2024, PERSHING SQUARE HOLDCO, L.P. closed the transaction. The transaction included participation from new investors Arch Capital Group Ltd.,Menora Mivtachim Holdings Ltd,Banco BTG Pactual S.A.,Consulta Ltd.,ICONIQ Capital, LLC and other investors.
