Mehta Housing Finance Limited agreed to acquire a 22.22% stake in Ruparel Food Specialities Private Limited from Vishal Ruparel, Pankaj Ruparel, Shyam Ruparel and their relatives for INR 20 million.

Mehta Housing Finance Limited (BSE:511740) agreed to acquire a 22.22% stake in Ruparel Foods Private Limited from Vishal Ruparel, Pankaj Ruparel, Shyam Ruparel and their relatives for INR 20 million on December 18, 2021. The consideration would be paid in cash. The transaction was approved by Board of Directors of Mehta Housing Finance and is expected to be completed by March 31, 2022.
