8.	Qualification	a) The Tenderer having up to date BSTI certificate for storage tank calibration may participate in the Tender.
	of	b) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector
	Tenderer	as Prime Contractor/Sub Contractor/Management Contractor shall be two (2) years; Years counting backward
		from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
		c) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in providing non-Consultant Service of minimum
		Taka 22.00 lakh under maximum four (4) contracts of similar nature, complexity and methods/technology
		completed over a period of ten (10) years; Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the
		newspaper. Contract for providing storage tank calibration will be treated as similar nature.
		d) The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of Taka 10.00 lakh over
		the last three (3) years. The period of averaging may be the best three (3) years of the last five (5) years; Years
		counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
9.	Eligibility Criteria and other Terms & Conditions: As per Tender Document
10. Procuring Entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Tenders without showing any reason to the Tenderers.
Note: If the Tender can not be received/opened on the date of schedule due to any unavoidable circumstances, the same will be
	received/opened on the next working day at same time and same place.
