MEDIOBANCA AWARDED AMONG ITALY'S

BEST EMPLOYERS 2024

Mediobanca is among "Italy's Best Employers 2024" awarded companies. The initiative, promoted by Statista in collaboration with Il Corriere della Sera, is based on the results of an independent survey of employees' opinions. Mediobanca is ranked second among Italian banks; furthermore, within the broader category "Banks, Insurance and Financial Services", Mediobanca is among the top five companies scoring the highest satisfaction levels expressed by employees. The indicators analysed include: work climate, professional development, growth prospects, welfare offering, and attention to employees' well-being as well as sustainability and corporate values.

The companies in which people work best were attentively selected based on an independent survey carried out on a sample of more than 20,000 employees working in over 4,500 companies with a minimum of 250 workers operating in Italy.
