This is stated in a Delfin note.

The slate of candidates for board member does not indicate a chairman or CEO, and is composed of Sandro Panizza, former chief insurance & investment officer of Generali; Sabrina Pucci, professor of business economics at Roma Tre University and former board member of Generali; Cristina Scocchia, CEO of Illycaffè and EssilorLuxottica board member; Massimo Lapucci, former secretary general of the Crt Foundation; and Jean-Luc Biamonti, chairman of Covivio, a Del Vecchio Group real estate company.

The list of candidates--with the independence requirements--is proposed, the note explains, with the aim of collaborating with all members of Mediobanca's board and offering a contribution to the implementation of the industrial plan.

"The minority list has no competitive intentions against the majority management list, but will aim to bring the value of constructive change to the board," the note continues.

Delfin is also proposing its own list for the board of auditors with Mario Matteo Busso, standing auditor; Barbara Tadolini, standing auditor; and Angelo Rocco Bonissoni, alternate auditor.
