McKay Securities plc Appoints Viscount Lifford as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and Senior Independent Director Effective October 1, 2014, Replacing A.E.G. Gulliford

McKay Securities plc announced tjhat from October 1, 2014 Viscount Lifford will take over the roles of Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and Senior Independent Director from Mr. A.E.G. Gulliford, who as announced on 1st May 2014, will retire from the Board later in the year.
