The company signed a contract with the landlord and others to purchase the
land in Banqiao District, New Taipei City, and the landowner breached the
contract and transferred the land to a third party, damaging the company's
creditor's rights.
6.Handling procedure:
The company filed a lawsuit for damages against the landlord and others,
and the Taiwan Taipei District Court ruled that the landlord and others
should jointly pay the company NT$97,824,580 and from March 24, 2017 to the
settlement date The interest calculated by the annual interest rate of 5%;
The landlord and others refused to accept the judgment and filed an appeal
, which was rejected by the Taiwan High Court;The landlord and others refused
to accept the judgment and filed an appeal, and the Supreme Court ruled that
