Max's Group, Inc., board of directors announced that they have accepted the resignation of Mr. Glenn Z. Yap as the group's Chief Finance Officer and Chief Risk Officer effective 30 November 2018. The resignation of Glenn Z. Yap was due to personal reasons.
Maxâs Group, Inc. is a Philippines-based company, which is primarily engaged in the business of catering food and establishing, operating and maintaining restaurants, coffee shops, refreshments parlors and cocktail lounges. The Companyâs primary purpose also includes dealing in the business of acquiring and developing any and all trade names, brand names and master franchises, including other intellectual property rights necessary to commence and operate the relevant business enterprises, as well as to grant the use of such trade names, brand names and master franchises for and in consideration of the payment of fees and royalties, and in connection therewith, establish management services for the expansion of the business enterprises.
