The Board of Directors of Max's Group, Inc. accepted the resignation of Mr. Christopher P. Tanco from his position as Independent Director effective January 31, 2019. Ms. Carolyn T. Salud, an incumbent director, was elected as a member of the Corporate Governance Committee of MGI to fill the seat vacated by Mr. Tanco. Effective date of appointment is January 31, 2019.
