On January 14, 2020, Masimo Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release
announcing certain preliminary financial results for the full-year ended
December 28, 2019. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to
this Current Report. The preliminary financial information presented in this
press release is based on the Company's current expectations and may be adjusted
as a result of, among other things, completion of customary annual audit
procedures. The Company's management plans to discuss the Company's complete
fourth quarter and full-year 2019 financial results after the market closes on
Wednesday, February 19, 2020.
