The Company announces that Mr. Aziz Moolji holder of United States Of America passport number 561190272, residing at Alvorada 1, Villa 41, Arabian Ranches, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is resigning from the position of Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Furthermore, the Company announces the appointment of Mr. Saqib Salman Saeed, holder of Australian passport number PE0398487, residing at Villa-24, Al Ghuraur Villas, Al Barsha 1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, as a Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Mr. Saeed has over 15 years of experience in the valuation and advisory of major real estate projects across all major asset classes throughout Australia, and the MENA region (including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Morocco, Egypt, Bahrain, and Qatar).

Mr. Saeed is currently Senior Vice President in Dubai Holding, focusing on global and regional real estate joint ventures and investments. Prior to this, he was a Partner with EY's Strategy and Transactions team across the MENA region focusing on Real Estate, Hospitality and Construction.

Mr. Saeed joined EY in 2013 after having advised on a wide cross-section of real estate matters with Urbis for over five years across all of Australia's states and territories.

There are no further matters concerning Mr. that require disclosure under Listing Rules 5.20.5 to 5.20.9.
