Audit Committee of the Company: For the six months ended June 30, 2022 the
consolidated Revenue was NT$15,312,548 thousand, consolidated Net Income
(attributable to owners of parent) was NT$ 1,627,327 thousand; and Earnings
after Tax Per Share was NT$6.73. For more details, please refer to Material
Information regarding paragraph 31 posted today.
(2)The approval of Leave without Pay of Company's accounting officer
reviewed by Audit Committee of the Company. For more details, please refer
to Material Information regarding paragraph 17 posted on July 18, 2022.
(3)The approval of the modification of investment amount on the investment
of Indonesia Solo Plant (PT Glory) reviewed by Audit Committee of the
Company: In response to the operating demands of Indonesia Solo Plant,
the Board of Directors resolved to increase the investment amount by
US$ 1.2million.
(4)The approval of Loaning of Funds among Company's subsidiaries in China
reviewed by Audit Committee of the Company: In response to the demand of
operating funds for Jiaxing Ruiyang Garments Co., Ltd., Jiaxing Ruiyang
Garments Co., Ltd. is approved to borrow less than RMB 3 million from
Jiaxing Suntex Garments Co., Ltd.
