On May 1, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time, Magnetek, Inc. (“Magnetek” or “the Company”) (NASDAQ: MAG) will hold its annual meeting of stockholders at its headquarters in Menomonee Falls, Wis. The meeting will be chaired by the Company’s chairman, Mitchell Quain. Following the proceedings, the Company’s president and chief executive officer, Peter McCormick, will present the fiscal year 2014 management report to stockholders. The Company’s fiscal year 2014 ended on December 28, 2014.
