MACOM Technology Solutions Holdings, Inc. announced that as previously reported, on September 8, 2022, Gil VanLunsen provided notice of his decision to retire from the Board of Directors of the company, to be effective January 31, 2023. On January 19, 2023, after discussion with the Board, Mr. VanLunsen agreed to change his retirement date to align with the Company's annual meeting of stockholders to be held on March 2, 2023, with his retirement to be effective March 5, 2023.
MACOM Technology Solutions Holdings, Inc. designs and manufactures semiconductor products for the telecommunications, industrial and defense and data center industries.
