Mach Natural Resources LP Provides Production Guidance for the First Quarter, Second Quarter, Third Quarter, Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2024

Mach Natural Resources LP provided production guidance for the first quarter, second quarter, third quarter, fourth quarter and full year 2024. For the first quarter, the company expected production of oil to be 20.4 MBbls/d to 21.7 MBbls/d; NGLs to be 19.5 MBbls/d to 20.7 MBbls/d; Natural Gas to be 271 MMcf/d to 287 MMcf/d; total production to be 85.1 MBoe/d to 90.2 MBoe/d.
For the second quarter, the company expected production of oil to be 20.0 MBbls/d to 21.3 MBbls/d; NGLs to be 18.6 MBbls/d to 19.8 MBbls/d; Natural Gas to be 257 MMcf/d to 273 MMcf/d; total production to be 81.4 MBoe/d to 86.6 MBoe/d.
For the third quarter, the company expected production of oil to be 20.1 MBbls/d to 21.4 MBbls/d; NGLs to be 18.4 MBbls/d to 19.5 MBbls/d; Natural Gas to be 249 MMcf/d to 265 MMcf/d; total production to be 80.0 MBoe/d to 85.1 MBoe/d.
For the fourth quarter, the company expected production of oil to be 20.1 MBbls/d to 21.4 MBbls/d; NGLs to be 18.1 MBbls/d to 19.2 MBbls/d; Natural Gas to be 243 MMcf/d to 258 MMcf/d; total production to be 78.7 MBoe/d to 83.6 MBoe/d.
For the year, the company expected production of oil to be 20.2 MBbls/d to 21.5 MBbls/d; NGLs to be 18.7 MBbls/d to 19.8 MBbls/d; Natural Gas to be 255 MMcf/d to 271 MMcf/d; total production to be 81.3 MBoe/d to 86.4 MBoe/d.
Mach Natural Resources LP is an independent upstream oil and gas company. The Company is focused on acquisition, development and production of oil, natural gas and NGL reserves in the Anadarko Basin region of Western Oklahoma, Southern Kansas, and the panhandle of Texas. The Company's assets are located throughout Western Oklahoma, Southern Kansas and the panhandle of Texas and consist of approximately 4,600 gross operated PDP wells. Additionally, it owns a portfolio of midstream assets which support its leases, including ownership in four processing plants with combined processing capacity of 353 million cubic feet per day (MMcf/d), along with 1,210 miles of gas gathering pipelines. Additionally, it owns water infrastructure consisting of 880 miles of gathering pipeline and 55 disposal wells.
