Date of change is 15 June 2023. Composition of Audit Committee (Name and Directorate of members after change): Chong Sai Sin (Chairman, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director); Cheam Low Soo (Member, Independent Non-Executive Director); Yeoh Sheong Lee (Member, Independent Non-Executive Director).
