Lubawa S.A. signs an Agreement to Form a Joint Venture with Ukroboronprom Ukrainian Defence Industry

Lubawa S.A. announced that it is signed an agreement to form a joint venture Ukroboronprom Ukrainian Defence Industry to manufacture ammunition and equipment for military personnel. The joint venture is expected to be launched in early 2015.

Lubawa SA, formerly Zaklady Konfekcji Technicznej Lubawa SA, is a Poland-based company involved in the production of safety, quartermaster and also tourist equipment. The Company's product portfolio comprises bulletproof equipment, military tents and tippets, helicopter equipment, soldiers' equipment, tarpaulin and safety equipment, including fire brigades' equipment.
