Xuzhou Runhui Enterprise Management Center (Limited Partnership) entered into a share transfer intention agreement to acquire 18.8% stake in Lootom Telcovideo Network (wuxi) Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300555) from Yongxin Zehong Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. and Jia Qing for CNY 10 million on November 10, 2020. As per the transaction, Yongxin Zehong Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. will dispose 20.9 million shares and Jia Qing will dispose 16.7 million shares of Lootom Telcovideo Network (wuxi) Co., Ltd. After the signing of this agreement, both parties shall immediately open a supervision account. Within 2 working days after the supervision account is opened, CNY 10 million shall be paid as the intention money for this transaction.
