In a letter dated April 22, 2022, BDO- Unibank, Inc. - Trust and Investments Group has informed the Company that they are terminating the Stock Transfer and Dividend Paying Agency Agreement. The Company's Board of Directors (BOD) has accepted the resignation of BDO Unibank, Inc. Trust and Investment Group ("BDO-Trust"), the incumbent stock transfer agent effective May 23, 2022.
