Please be informed that in terms of the provisions of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Company is required to submit information regarding loss of share certificates and issue of duplicate certificates, to the stock exchange within two days of its getting information. Further, the said intimation has to be filed only through the mode of NEAPS filing for NSE and on listing.bseindia.com for BSE and not via hard copy submission.
