The board of the Swedish game studio LL Lucky Games AB (“the Company”) has decided to convert its accounting principles for financial reporting from K3 to International Financial Reporting Standards (“IFRS”). It has also been decided to postpone the publication of the year-end report for 2023 to March 8, 2024. The previously communicated date for publication was February 23, 2024.

The year-end report for 2023 will be the first report presented under IFRS. The transition date has been set at January 1, 2022. Comparative figures will be restated as of January 1, 2022.

The decision to extend the report release date is made to ensure that the Company can thoroughly and accurately complete the conversion process to IFRS. This transition represents a significant milestone for the Company as it aligns its financial reporting practices with globally recognized standards, which will enhance global accessibility and comparability.
