Live Current Media, Inc. (OTCPK:LIVC) signed a letter of intent to acquire all of the assets of PowerSpike, Inc. for $0.28 million on September 12, 2022. Under the terms of the transaction, Live Current Media will acquire all of the assets, including code and social media sites, of PowerSpike, Inc. in an all stock transaction. On November 9, 2022, Live Current Media Inc. issued 1,006,036 shares of its common stock having an agreed upon value of $250,000 to PowerSpike, Inc. for the acquisition of assets of PowerSpike, including all code to PowerSpike's influencer management software and all social media sites supporting the product. The acquisition is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2022.
