Shanghai Evis Technology Co., Ltd. announced that it has entered into agreement with existing investor Dalian East New Energy Development Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300125) to issue common shares for gross proceeds of CNY 15,000,000 on January 17, 2019. On closing of the transaction, the investor wil own a stake of 11.11% in the company. The transaction has been approved at the 37th meeting of the 3rd directorate of the investor. The company will add the proceeds into the registered capital.
Lingda Group Co Ltd, formerly Dalian East New Energy Development Co Ltd, is a China-based company mainly engaged in investment business and photovoltaic power generation business. The Company operates five segments. The Photovoltaic Power Generation Business segment is engaged in the operation of photovoltaic power plants. The Naked-eye 3 dimensions (3D) Business segment provides naked-eye 3D / XR general-purpose computing platforms and solutions.
