Material Fact

Light S.A. - In Judicial Reorganization ("Light") (B3: LIGT3; ADR I: LGSXY), in compliance with the provisions of CVM Resolution 44, dated of August 23, 2021, and following the Material Fact released on April 11, 2024, hereby inform its shareholders and the market in general that, on this date, the General Meeting of Creditors of the Company ("AGC") was held as part of its judicial reorganization process (case file no. 0843430-58.2023.8.19.0001), undergoing before the 3rd Corporate Court of the District of the Capital of Rio de Janeiro ("RJ Court").

After the activities had begun, one of the attending creditors requested the suspension of the AGC and that it is reopened and resumed on May 29, 2024, at 2pm. When it was submitted to the vote, the request was approved by creditors holding more than 99% of the credits present at the AGC. As a result, the AGC was suspended and it will be reopened and resumed on May 29, 2024, at 2pm, to be held exclusively in virtual mode, through the Assemblex digital platform, on a link to be made available by the Joint Judicial Administration.

Once the minutes of the AGC have been made available by the Judicial Administration, it will be possible to consult them at the website of the Brazilian Securities Commission (www.cvm.gov.br), at the website of B3 S.A. - Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão (www.b3.com.br) and at the Company's website (www.light.com.br/ri).

In line with the best practices, Light will keep the market and the public in general duly and timely updated on relevant information related to this matter.
