Morneau Shepell Inc. announced Alan Torrie's intention to retire after 12 years with the company, the past eight as President and CEO. Torrie will retire immediately prior to the annual meeting of shareholders to be held on May 5, 2017. In line with Morneau Shepell's succession plans, the Board of Directors announced that Stephen Liptrap, Chief Operating Officer, will assume the role of President and CEO on May 5, 2017.
