(TSE:1431) agreed to acquire the remaining 98.2% stake in Sachinokuni Mokuzai Kogyo Co., Ltd. from 7 corporations and 16 individuals in Yamaga City, Kumamoto Prefecture and neighboring municipalities for ¥960 million on May 18, 2023. The contract execution date is May 19, 2023. The transaction is expected to close on July 3, 2023.
