PUBLICATION OF 2023 AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

Letshego Africa Holdings Limited ("LAHL") was incorporated in 1998, is headquartered in Gaborone and has been publicly listed on the Botswana Stock Exchange (BSE) since 2002. Letshego is a pan-African financial institution offering microfinance and consumer lending solutions across eleven subsidiaries in sub-Saharan Africa.

On the 21st of March 2024, LAHL released Preliminary Unaudited Full Year Results for the year ended 31st December 2023. The release was made on the back of the continuing audit of the 2023 Financial Statements. LAHL's External Auditors are still reviewing financial statements and completing technical reviews. The Auditors have indicated that may not be able to conclude the reviews by 30th April 2024.

Shareholders are informed that LAHL's Audited Financial results for the year ended 31st December 2023 will be published on or before 31st May 2024.
