Leopalace21 Corporation (TSE:8848) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 50,000,000 shares, representing 15.2% of its total shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares), for a total of ¥10,000 million. The purpose of repurchase program is to improve shareholder returns taking into consideration the recent undervalued stock price level.

The repurchase program is valid till January 5, 2024. As of March 31, 2023, the company had 329,054,304 shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) and had 335,211 shares in treasury.
