 In cooperation with the local government's COVID-19 control measures
 「silence period」, Chinese subsidiary temporarily suspends production was
 originally implemented until April 8, and it was extended until April 12.

 (1) Closely monitor the pandemic evolution and take countermeasures pursuant
     to local government's requirements to ensure the safety and health of
     all employees.
 (2) Partial temporarily suspends production and maintain 25% production
     capacity daily.
