Lay Hong Berhad (KLSE:LAYHONG) entered into a sale and purchase agreement to acquire remaining 51% stake in NHF Manufacturing (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd from NH Foods Ltd. (TSE:2282) for MYR 0.000001 on April 3, 2023. Currently, NH Foods holds 51% stake in NHF Manufacturing, while Lay Hong holds 49% stake. NHF Manufacturing has unaudited net assets (NA) was in the negative of MYR 21.20 million as at 28 February 2023.
The board of Lay Hong Berhad approved the transaction.
