(Alliance News) - Landi Rienzo Spa announced Wednesday that its board of directors has co-opted Annalisa Stupenengo as the group's managing director and also appointed her as general manager.

With her contribution, the group aims to further strengthen its positioning in sustainable mobility, and in particular on Mid&Heavy Duty vehicles, a key segment for the group's development, the company explained in a note.

Cristiano Musi will continue to serve as CEO of SAFE&CEC and Safe; he will also take on the role of CEO of Idro Meccanica, all subsidiaries of Landi Renzo Group that design and distribute advanced systems for the compression and management of natural gas, biomethane and hydrogen from the "post-generation" phase to midstream and final distribution at fueling stations or in industrial applications.

Paolo Cilloni, on the other hand, returns to the role of Group Chief Finacial Officer, "strengthened by his in-depth knowledge of the company, gained over 35 years of experience in the group," whose growth phases, including the listing and international expansion, he has followed, as well as the role of executive in charge and Investor Relator.

Landi Rienzo's stock on Tuesday closed in the green by 0.4 percent at EUR0.54 per share.
