Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On January 12, 2023, Laboratory Corporation of America Holdings announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend in the amount of $0.72 per share of common stock, to be paid on March 13, 2023 to the holders of record of all of the issued and outstanding shares of common stock as of the close of business on February 23, 2023.
