An individual buyer agreed to acquire Asahikawa Kaihatsu LLC from L'attrait Co., Ltd. (JASDAQ:8885) for ¥0.1 million on November 14, 2018. For the year ending December 31, 2017, Asahikawa Kaihatsu reported net liability of ¥0.2 million, total assets of ¥695.5 million, revenue of ¥30.1 million, operating income of ¥19.5 million and net income of ¥0.9 million. The transaction is resolved and approved by the board of directors of L'attrait. The transaction is expected to close on December 5, 2018.
