Línea Directa Aseguradora, S.A., Compañía de Seguros y Reaseguros (the "Company"), pursuant to legislation regulating the securities market, announces the following:
OTHER RELEVANT INFORMATION
It is hereby informed that, on 22 October 2021, the Company will present its third quarter 2021 results, prior to the opening of the market.
On that same date, 22nd October 2021, at 9:00 CET, a webcast will take place in English with investors and analysts. The presentation can be followed online on the corporate website. Furthermore, a copy of the presentation will be made available before the start of the webcast on the company's website and on the CNMV website. An audio recording will be made available for any interested person.
At 10:30, Linea Directa's chief executive officer, Miguel Angel Merino, will give a press conference on these results via streaming.
