Kyungbang Co.,Ltd (KOSE:A000050) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 300,000 shares. The purpose of the program is to enhance shareholder value by stabilizing stock price. The program will continue until August 12, 2021. As of May 11, 2021, the company had 1,700,000 shares in treasury under the dividend capacity and no shares in treasury under other capacities.

The Complex Shopping Mall Business segment mainly operates times square, hotels, and department stores. The Textile Business segment manufactures and sells products such as yarn, cloth, and apparel.
