The city planning division of Mishima City, Shizuoka and an unknown buyer agreed to acquire land and building located in Mishima, Japan from Kudo Corporation (TSE:1764) for approximately ¥410 million on October 15, 2014. The buyers will acquire land part of 1-224-21 and 1-224-23 Kobara, Mishima for ¥45.64 million and building constituting 1st-3rd floor of 1-224-21 Kobara for ¥366.9 million. The Board of Directors of Kudo passed a resolution for the transaction on October 15, 2014.

The property transfer date is scheduled by February 28, 2015. An extraordinary gain of ¥190 million is expected from the sale.
