KUB Malaysia Berhad (KLSE:KUB) agreed to acquire 86.65% stake in Central Cables Berhad from Datuk Seri Johari Bin Abdul Ghani and Datin Zurwati Haslinda Binti Zainal Bahry for MYR120 million on November 21, 2023. The cash consideration for the Proposed MGO will be wholly funded via the Company?s internally generated funds. Maybank Investment Bank Berhad and Affin Hwang Investment Bank Berhad acted as financial advisor to KUB Malaysia Berhad (KLSE:KUB).
