Pursuant to Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (Market Abuse Regulation), Article 61004/2 of Euronext Rule Book I Harmonized Rules and concordant provisions, on ongoing obligations of companies listed on Euronext, Ktesios Real Estate SOCIMI, S.A. (the "Company") hereby notifies the following:

RELEVANT INFORMATION

We hereby inform you that the Company has today, 21 June 2023, placed a sustained purchase order on the shares of the company QUID PRO QUO ALQUILER SEGURO SOCIMI S.A, with the aim of reaching 100.00% of the shares of the same, after obtaining the acceptance of 99.93% of the shareholders of QPQ of the offer of subscription of options on the shares of QPQ published on 14 February 2023.

The purchase order will remain valid from 21 June 2023 until 28 June 2023, both inclusive, at a price of € 1.25 per share.
