Kshitij Polyline Limited (NSEI:KSHITIJPOL) agreed to acquire 51% stake in Sparion Infrastructure Private Limited from Kunjan Dagli and Hardik Shah for INR 10.8 million on June 1, 2023. Under the terms of agreement, Kshitij Polyline is acquiring the stake at INR 2120.28 per share. The turnover for Sparion Infrastructure in FY 2021-2022 was 210.2 million.
The transaction is expected to close within 30 days.
