In January-February 2023, KSG Agro agroholding began exporting 7 thousand tons of grain. In terms of crops, deliveries amounted to:

  • wheat - 4 thousand tons;
  • barley - 2 thousand tons.
  • corn - 1 thousand ton

Export deliveries are carried out within the framework of the existing grain corridor through the ports of Odessa and Odessa region. More than half of the volume of 7 thousand tons are delivered to the markets of Asia and Africa. Due to the queues in the ports of Odesa region, it is expected that the entire volume will be sent to the destination countries in early March.

"Despite the complexity of exports during the war period, we find opportunities for the supply of grain crops to international markets, - comments Sergiy Kasianov, Chairman of the Board of Directors at KSG Agro Agricultural Holding. - We are well aware that in the current difficult period, food security of many countries depends on the export activities of Ukrainian farmers. Therefore, exports of grain crops for us is not only a diversification of sales, but also a contribution to world food security. Therefore, in the case of efficient and safe operation of grain bank corridor, we plan to continue to export our products."
