The Management Board of Krynicki Recykling S.A. acting pursuant to the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities, announces the dates of publication of periodic reports in the financial year 2016.

Quarterly reports:
Consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2016 - 13 May 2016
Consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2016 - 14 November 2016

Consolidated report for half year result for 2016 - 31 August 2016

Krynicki Recykling S.A. also represents that, pursuant to § 83.1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditions under which information required by legal regulations of a third country may be recognised as equivalent (Dziennik Ustaw from 2009, No. 33, item 259, as amended) ('Regulation'), the Company will not publish separate quarterly reports. Consolidated quarterly reports of the Krynicki Recykling Group will contain abridged quarterly consolidated financial statements and quarterly financial information.

In addition, the Krynicki Recykling informs that the Company will not publish a consolidated quarterly report for Q4 2015 or a consolidated quarterly report for Q2 2016 pursuant to the provisions of § 102.1 and § 101.2 of the Regulation. The Company will not publish a separate semi-annual report pursuant to § 83.3 of the Regulation.
