Dominus Capital Pte. Ltd offer to acquire Koufu Group Limited (SGX:VL6) on January 12, 2022. As a result of transaction, Koufu Group Limited has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dominus Capital Pte. Ltd and will be delisted from the Official List of the Singapore stock exchange with effect on March 29, 2022.

Dominus Capital Pte. Ltd completed the acquisition of Koufu Group Limited (SGX:VL6) on March 28, 2022.

Koufu Group Limited is a Singapore-based company that owns and operates in the food and beverage sector. The Company's segments include Outlet and mall management business, Food and Beverages (F&B) retail business, and Others. The Outlet and mall management business Food court operations are involved in the leasing of food outlet premises to tenants as master leaseholders, the provision of cleaning and utility services to tenants, and the provision of management services to third party food courts. The Food and Beverages (F&B) retail business is primarily involved in retailing cooked food directly to consumers through the stalls operated by the Group such as dim sum and drink stalls. The Other segment includes the provision of management, treasury and administrative services.
