As announced 4 January 2024 and 20 March 2024 KONGSBERG will purchase up to MNOK
360 of own shares related to the employee share program. 

The stock exchange notice dated 20th of March 2024 stated that shares for a
value of NOK 360 million were to be purchased from 20th of March 2024. With the
transactions announced today the buy-back program related to the employee share
program 2024 are completed.

shares, corresponding to 0.24% of KONGSBERG's share capital.
