Kongsberg Gruppen ASA (OB:KOG) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program the company will repurchase NOK 320 million worth of its shares. The repurchased shares will be used for employee share program.
The program will commence from March 30, 2023 and will be valid till June 15, 2023.
