Fleming Limited agreed to acquire 6.08% stake in KolmarBNH Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A200130) from Korea Kolmar Holdings Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A024720) for KRW 41.5 billion on August 25, 2017. Under the terms of the transaction, Korea Kolmar Holdings Co., Ltd. will sell approximately 1.8 million shares of KolmarBNH Co., Ltd. at KRW 23,085 per share. Post-acquisition, Korea Kolmar Holdings Co., Ltd. will hold 50.15% stake in KolmarBNH Co., Ltd. In a related transaction, Korea Kolmar Holdings Co., Ltd. sold approximately 1.75 million shares of Kolmar Pharma Co., Ltd. for KRW 11.5 billion. Board of Directors of Korea Kolmar Holdings Co., Ltd. resolved the transaction on August 25, 2017. The transaction is expected to complete on September 8, 2017.
